NT 4 video Detect returns error

Hi All:

Running winNT4 SP6 on an HP Netserver and when I, logging
in as Administrator, try to change my video by taking the
DETECT option I get the following error:

The drivers were not successfully installed. You may not
have the required privileges to install a new driver.

Any help will be appreciated

Pleae try to update the service pak after installing the drivers this could
solve the issue
