Demote PDC server to a member server

Hi,

How do I demote a PDC server to a member server.
Please help

The only supported MS methoed is to reinstall from scratch and choose member
server during install. There is a 3rd party tool called Upromote that can do
this but it is not free. Note that if you demote this machine, however you
do it, you will lose your domain unless you have a BDC online to retain the
domain.
