Anyone know of a way to enable DMA support per device?  I know how to do
this per channel but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this per device.

Per channel is the only possibility.  There is no way to
enable DMA separately per device.  That capability began with
Windows2000.
If you enable DMA on a channel where a NON-DMA-capable device
lives, you risk an un-bootable system.
