NT 4sp6 Workstation boot-up Problem

System boots up and displays the file format as NTFS but
the next line indicates can not open volume and does allow
me to logon.

What is the exact wording of the error message.
A Windows NT workstation does NOT normally indicate the
type of filesystem that is running unless Windows has
detected a problem with the volume.
