After installing NT 4.0 Workstation, the Server Service
fails to start and the error "Not enough server storage is
available to process this command." is received.
I have already tried reinstalling Service Pack 6a. The
machine is able to browse the network and to view all the
other computers connected via Network Neighbourhood,
however the machine is not listed in the Network
Neighbourhood and cannot be found by any other computer on
the network.

Do you run any antivirus on this computer? In that case, see if this MS
