If you are seeking to ascertain reasons for poor performance doing this
adds another reason for the poor performance. It's much better to use
Task Manager as and when required. There are also better freeware tools
for many of the tasks you might use Task Manager for.

Hello,
Locate "taskmgr" in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. Right-click and Send to Desktop
(create Shortcut).
Now open the Startup folder from Start > All Programs. Double click to open
the folder.
Move the shortcut in your desktop to this Startup folder and it
automatically startup on every logon.
