Hi,

My NT DHCP would give out IP to Windows clients. Is there a way to update
DNS to associate each IP with a hostname.mydomain.com where hostname is the
same as the NetBIOS name of the Windows client?

Regards,
Norman

Unfortunately, this is not possible with an NT4 DHCP server out of the box.
There may be 3rd party add-ons that may be able to do this.
Also Windows 2000 and later DHCP servers can do this out of the box.
