HELP ME W/ NY AUTHORITY/SYSTEM PLEASE

I have no idea what NT or any of this stuff is...all I
know is it will not quit shutting down my computer, and
it only does this while I am online. I'm 16 and this is
driving me completely crazy if anyone has ANY information
on how to get it to stop kicking me off and how to take
care of this..PLEASE OH PLEASE I'm begging..PLEASE HELP
ME!!!!!!!!! I honestly dont have any idea and no one that
i know does..please e-mail me with any help..it would be
SOOOOOO much appreciated!!!! THANKS, God bless and have a
good day!~ :)
