I'm getting good performance to just about every location but not
my.yahoo.com.  I know it isn't the web page since many of my friends outside
the company get good performance when I call them to those same web pages.
The links to the news articles from Reuters are slow as well.  I know I
wasn't able to get to my.yahoo.com until i put an external DNS server
listing on my internal DNS server (although we could get everywhere else).
Is there a way to specify when to use that external DNS server to get their
faster?

Thanks

I tried using a different external DNS server from my ISP and it is fine
now.
