Random connect problem

I'm running DNS on WIN NT4 and I've noticed I'm unable to
connect to some websites. I KNOW I was able to connect to
nai.com (McAfee) and suddenly it times out. I also have an
employee here who cannot connect to a state website (nor
can I, for that matter). We can reach other state
websites, but not NJ.

If I manually enter an outside DNS server on our client
machines, we can hit those websites. So, it's something
with my DNS box, I suspect. Any suggestions for resolving
this?

Thanks.

Does this DNS answer authoritatively? (For the zones it owns)
Use nslookup, Dig or Netdig to test it.
Does it have a forwarder?
