How long will my record stay TTL?

I'm not sure of the right way to ask this question.  I had a change made to
an MX record and an A record.  99% of our external clients are receiving
their e-mail from us.  Earthlink and AOL clients aren't receiving theirs
yet.  I did an nslookup from my home computer and the mx record resolves
correctly and so does the A record.  My only guess is that Earthlink's DNS
records haven't updated yet.  I'd love to know how to find out what
Earthlinks records are or how long before my record changes for them.

Any suggestions?  I tried contacting Earthlink - no luck.

You probably don't have a reverse lookup on your IP or it is in an Anti Spam
database.
Go to www.dnsstuff.com you can check both of these there.

Post your email domain I'll check it out. Reverse lookup or spam database is
about all it could be. I cannot think of any other reason for rejection.
What is your OS?
