Hello Rajesh,
When you say that you are not able to ping FQDN, do you mean that you are
able
to ping by IP and that FQDN does not resolve to an IP address?
If you are able to ping by IP address and FQDN does not resolve to an IP
address,
then I would suspect a name resolution problem with the DNS Server your
client is pointing to.
If you are not able to ping by IP address also, then you might be not
allowed to ping through
any device like a proxy server or a firewall in front of the client.
