Hosting multiple web sites with one IP

I have a small business server that I am trying to use to
host multiple web sites. I use different host header names
for the different sites. Only the first site is visible
from the web. I cannot access the other sites. It seems
that my DNS server is not resolving the other names. Any
ideas on how I need to set this up? Thanks
