please help!

I lost the add/remove software application,and don't know
how get it back,I can't uninstall anything and my hard
drive is full of garbage, what can I do? please somebody
help! Thanks.

Try launching

control appwiz.cpl

From the RUN dialog box

May I suggest reapplying Service Pack 6a?
The Appwiz.cpl is missing or has been moved out of the
C:\WINNT or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder.
