I installed hotfix 823803 and 819696 this morning on a Win
Nt 4.0 server with sp6a. Remote access no longer works.
IE6 no longer works cannot connect to any website
including internal IIS.  My antivirus download for CA no
longer works. Hotfixes worked on another NT 4.0 server
running SQL
Any Ideas?

Looking over other messages have seen others have the same
Problem with the hotfix 823803 so I will follow their
advice and uninstall it.

I had the same problem in my company, I removed both
hotfixes and now my ftp server works.  So much for
Microsoft Security, either it works with no security or
it's ultra secure (i.e. off)
