Can I convert the O/S of one of my workstations from
windows NT to Windows 98? If so, how can I do it. There is
no data on the said workstation.

This will take a fresh reinstall of the Operating system. There is no
upgrade or migration path that is supported.

That would be the best way. It depends if the drive is NTFS. Boot to a
Winddows 98 startup disk and use fdisk. Depeding on the partition it may be
able to remove the partitions and prepare the disk for Windows 98. Check the
Windowsnt.setup group, there are many posts in there for this procedure and
maybe our buddy Dave Patrick will chime in with his great posts! hint
hint...dave.... ;)
