Using the Backup utility found in Program, Accessories, System Tools do the
following:

1) Select what you want backed up and the backup destination.
2) Press Start Backup.
3) Select Schedule on the Backup Job Information screen.
4) Enter a name for the backup job on the Scheduled Job Options screen.
5) Select Properties on the Scheduled Job Options screen.
6) Set the appropriate options to determine when and how often you want the
backup job to run.
7) Select OK twice.

The job should now appear in the Scheduled Tasks applet in Programs,
Accessories, System Tools.

I don't know where they're coming up with these old ones. Might be an
offline news server somewhere at Microsoft.
