Our email server is experiencing an rpcss problem. It reported an Dr. waston
error and then rpcss was stopped. We find event id 4097 record in
application log as below.

application exe/rpcss.dbg generated an application error. The error code
ocurred ... the exception generated was 00000005 at address 77e25325
(RpcRaiseException).

This is a windows nt 4.0+sp6 server. We applied rpc and rpcss hotfix
already. applications installed include exchange 5.5+sp4, groupshield for
exchange, mcafee netshield for server.

Please give me some help.
