Mapping a drive

A user at my company is having a problem with drives
mapping everytime she closes down an application. We only
have certain network drives that users should see and that
is M, S, and U. Every she closes 'S' for share maps to
another letter. But it is always share. Does anyone know
how to get rid of this?
