One of our NT servers has no Task Scheduler icon, in the
My Computer, nor Control Panel. Is it part of NT4? or it
should be installed separately? I'm still be able to use
the AT command though. I tried to find any source in the
knownledge db with no luck.
Thanks for any advice.

It was never a part of NT4.
