Hi,
I have a NT workstation (first booted 1998 - V4.0 Build
1381: Service Pack 6) in a Gateway Profile. The system
strated to run slower a couple of days ago and I moved
data from the partitioned "C" drive to the "D" to free up
some space.
I also went to download some critical updates yesterday -
which I had not done for several months. The system is
protected by updated NAV and is connected to the net via
ADSL going through a gateway.
During the download the screen went to "the blue", showing
there was a physical memory dump, then hung. I had to hard
boot and now I have a blue scren that has:
STOP: c0000135 {Unable to locate DLL}
The dynamic link library winsrv could not be found in the
specified path Default Load Path.

What can I do, it gets to this point and does not continue
to load. I have files on the HD that I need, including
emails and taxation codes?

I need to be able to open the HD and extract the files?

Many thanks,
Regards,
Chris
