There are several functions I need to learn for a
corporate setting that I cannot seem to locate.  For
instance:How to tile windows, add a program to a start
menu, add a program to a start up menu, create a shortcut
for the desk top, copy a program empty the recycle bin, add
a printer, delete folders and finally how to sort files by
dates.  Can you help?
