Internet Explorer service pack 6a for NT 4.0

I am in need of problem answering. On a computer at my
work, we are trying to download the Service pack 6a for
windows NT 4.0 and it is not working at all. We need the
6a pack to run internet explorer 5.5 or higher. It either
will not download, or starts to download and never
finishes. We left it running overnight and in the morning
it was still not done. I need info and help on what to do
or on what to download.

You can navigate to;
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/SP6/128bitX86/default.asp
for high encryption or

http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/SP6/x86DLType.asp
for standard encryption

and choose network download.
