This is what I did. I deleted the winnt directory which put everything
in the recycle bin, because of a corrupt system. I forgot to empty the
recycle bin before I reinstalled windows. Now I do not know how to get
rid of them. When I do a virus scan it finds them & scans them. They
are preceded by Recycled\DF0. Is there anyway you can think of to
access these files & delete them?

Never mind. I figured it out. Used the DOS prompt and went to the
recycled directory & there was DF0. Did a deltree on DF0 & all the
deleted files are really deleted. :)
