Thank you for your help.
According to Microsoft, apparently after daylight savings time starts, the
scheduler stops working.  I deleted and reinserted each scheduled job and
now they appear to  work.

Scheduled Tasks|Advanced|View Log may provide some details. Also check the
system log of Event Viewer for errors.
