Display problems with NT

I have one application using task screens where the scrollbars for the
screen are cut off in NT 4.0.  I am using 800 x 600 display with small
fonts.  The problem exists even when the screen is maximized.  Can anyone
help, please?

How about talking to the vendor of the application?
