help-shut down message

i keep getting a windows nt authority shut down mess.
mess reads(nt athuority system shut down in 1:00 min.
c:\\windows\system\lsass.exe-1073741674 the system will shut down now

there is now way arround , that ive found someone please help
o yeah i ran stinger 06', house call 05', and macfee 05' just too be safe
and no virus's found

The indications you have certainly sound like a worm's exploit of LSASS.

So please, be specific as to EXACTLY what you have tried and the VERSIONS of the utilities.

BTW:  NT4 and NT4 Server are DEAD products.  Do not expect a HotFix to fix any new LSASS
vulnerabilities.

Last hotfix for NT4 server was 24 Dec 04. I'm download it trhough Microsoft
Update. (but stop working Opengl on my system... :))
Workstation - really dead from late 03.
