Use the following steps to create a folder only you can read:
1) Create the folder on an NTFS volume (the following steps will not work
on a FAT32 formatted volume).
2) Right-click the new folder and select Properties.
3) Click on the Security tab.
4) Click on the Permissions button.
5) Click on the Add button.
6) Click on the Show Users button.
7) Highlight your username in the Names: box.
8) Click on the Add button and your username should appear in the "Add
Names:" box.
9) Change "Type of Access" to Full Control.
10) Click OK.
11) Make sure a check mark is in the checkbox for both the "Replace
Permissions on Subdirectories" and "Replace Permissions on Existing Files"
options.
12) Highlight any Names you DON'T want to have access to the folder and
click the Remove button.
13) When your username is the only one left in the Name: box, click OK to
apply the changes.
At this point, ONLY your username will have access to the folder.
