Boot from either the NT or XP CD, select the options for a new
installation, and tell it to format the selected partition when prompted.
You can also repartition the drive during this process. I highly recommend
doing this and creating a 4Gb partition for NT4 and a 6Gb partition for XP
with the remainder of your drive partitioned for storing data.
If you are setting up a dual-boot NT4 and XP system, I would recommend you
install NT4 first and installing XP to a different partition when you get
to the point where you are ready to install it.
