Does anyone know where I can find the update/fix for
artical No.251274 to resolve the Windows Installer error
message in Windows NT4 Workstation.

I have found the problem in Technet which says to contact
MS Support to obtain the fix but the only contact
infomation I can find is for "chargable" support issues.

Any help appreciated.

Call them and tell them you are looking for the hotfix from that article and
they will not charge you.
