I am running NT 4.0 with SP6a. Event id 1000 & Source:
userenv appeared on the Application log with the following
description; Your profile was not successfully loaded, but
you have been logged on with the default system profile.
Please correct the problem and log off. (5)

In the Profiles folder (c:\winnt\profiles) there are
multiple versions of system folder (system,
system.000,...syetem.024). And all printers attached to
this server are not printing.

Somebody please help.
