I am totaly new to working with streaming audio and video
over the net so I have a few quesions:

First this is what I am doing.  I am creating online
classes for my company by using Power Points recorded
with Audio and saved as a video file and then attempting
to put them on a site in order to be streamed.

I have been using Microsoft Encoder to compress and save
the files as .wmv.  Then I put them on the company server
and put a link to them on the site.  My problem is that
when someone tries to access them the result is what I am
told is called psuedo streaming.  Playback is allowed as
soon as enough data has been downloaded to fill a
playback buffer but, you have to download the entire file
and you can't skip ahead untill earlier parts have been
download.

What do I need to do so the files actually stream.  
Someone said to get Windows Media Server off the
Microsoft site but I couldn't find anything to download.
