This is my issue I am running WM server everything works on the inside meaning in my network when i try to connect from the outside i get the following error No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it within the windows media player,,,, Help Thanks

Hi:
You have to allow access to that machine from the internet.  This includes
opening up the ports the server and player need to exchange information.

After that try use "mms://www.domain_name.com/samplefile_name.asf to see if
it can be streamed.
