Connection problem !!

I'm no more able to see News video (avi.) on the www. Canöe.com page (Canada) with WMP 9 ; I encountered the C00D0032 error message; since that moment, my WMP 9 open on request,.... try to connect to media ( long...time), and at the exact moment of buffering, the connection fails and WMP 9 return in "ready" position.
Even with a reinstallation, the problem is not solved ; along my "searching", I found in "install - desinstall" parameter configuration >:VIEWPOINT MEDIA PLAYER. could you tell me what's about ??
Would appreciate very much your help to restore my WMP 9 !!!!!!
I'm running Win Me, -30g - 128 mo - 1200mgz
