1) sessions on windowss media server per day
2) peak of conncurrent  sessions on windows media server per day
3) a log file analyzer for the windows media

-> 1  & 2 should write data in a log file.

I will recommend you to use a sql based solution, i mean, a solution
provided by something like " bussiness Objects" will give you a
powerfull tool to analyze al your stats.

You can use SNMP, or PerfMon for that matter, to monitor sessions &
streams.  Perfmon can write to a log file and there are many SNMP utils
for doing the same, MRTG comes to mind.

I've used ANALOG and ReportMAGIC to create reports from Netshow log
files.  It takes a bit of tweaking, but the results can be quite nice.
