Live Broadcast - can you give me a fast tutorial?

I read some posts here in the NG but I still cannot understand how to
streaming a live event.

Scenario: I'm a DJ, I have an ADSL (256k) in my home and my company
has a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server with WMS in a 4 Mbit Internet
connection.

What I want: use my Windows Media Encoder 9 (WME) to get the audio
from my DJ equipment, send to the Windows Media Services (WMS) in my
company via my ADSL. People will connect to the Windows Media Services
(multiple connections) in my company to listen me live. Means: 1
connection Home (WME) -> Company (WMS), "X" people connecting in WMS.

Questions:

- who will get the audio? WMS connects to my home (WME) or I need to
connect to a "special port" or "authenticated user" in the WMS?

- How I set up the WMS?
 Publish point type: Broadcast
Location of the content: Encoder (pull)? Remote publishing point?
Encoder (push)? What I need to write in the "Location of the content"
box?

I'm not sure, but I think that is something like
http://home-ip:home-port and WMS will connect to this URL, right?

Thanks a lot!

Here are couple suggestions:

1) Setup WM Encoder to PUSH to the server.  Pulling will
not work from the server side if your encoder is behind a
firewall or if your DSL lines IP address ever changes.
The name of the publishing point on the encoder should
match the publishing point setup for you on the server
side.

2) Setup a broadcast publishing point (PUSH) on the
server.  Your server administrator will probably need to
create uid/pwd for the encoder to connect to the server.
The location of the PP should read:
PUSH:publishingpointname

3) Assuming your server is not behind a firewall, the URL
on the player would be:

mms://your server name or IP/publishingpointname

4) You can set various limitations on your server's
publishing point such as max number of simultaneous
users, bandwidth, etc.

I think Push is the best option, administrator doesnt need to "start"
the publish point, it's automatically started when Push'ing. But to
Pull behind a firewall, user will need to open a port.

In my case no problem, I'm the WMS server administrator :)
But for other users, I need to create the account with any special
permission or part of a specific group? Where I set the new user as a
"WMS-user only"?

I did with "Push:*" and is working. What's the difference between
"Push:*" and "Push:PP-name"? Just definition or there's a security
limitation or something?

Thanks for your help, Shan.
