Hi there,

My WMServer has stopped logging with event ID 321 & 324 saying:
"
Event Type:    Warning
Event Source:    WMServer
Event Category:    Plugin
Event ID:    324
Date:        8/10/2008
Time:        10:55:54 πμ
User:        N/A
Computer:    MServer
Description:
Plug-in 'WMS Client Logging' on the server gives the following warning
information: 'Successfully opened log file <FILENAME> but nothing has been
written to the file because the disk space is limited.  Logging will resume
when additional disk space is made available.'."

My free space is 89% and I have changed the "FreeSpaceQuota", using
"LogQuota.js" script from MS support, to 0%.

It seems that my WMServer doesn't start logging even after service restart,
plug-in (WMS Client Logging) disable and re-enable, full system reboot.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Savvas

Hi

Try to do the following:
1. Check your hard drive for errors (chkdsk C: /R)
2. Delete all the logs
3. Reinstall WMS.
Hope that will help

Savvas,

oddly enough, and around the same time period, all of my archiving has
ceased to work also.  Vladimir, is there anything that can be done without
wiping WMS or the logs?

thank you

Savvas,

Oddly enough, and at about the same time period, my logging ceased to work
as well.  Vladimir, is there any way to diagnose this issue without wiping
WMS or the logs?

Thank you.
