Hi
To start Windows Media Encoder from the command line, use the following
steps: 1. Create a WME file.
2. In Windows Media Encoder, set up a new session with the settings
you want, and then click Save As on the File menu. Make sure to note the
name of the file and the location where you saved it.
3. Click Start, and then click Run. Type wmenc.exe <session.wme>
/start (where <session.wme> is the name of your configuration file).
You can also use this command in conjunction with Windows Scheduled Tasks to
start Windows Media Encoder automatically.
The Windows Media Encoder 9 Series also supports a command line script
(Wmcmd.vbs) for encoding.

any programming language preferabbly c# or vb.net.

The code snippets should be included in the Windows Media SDK. Also you can
read more here:

or you can contact our company to help you with the development.
