Does Windows Media Server 2000 support and streams
audio/video when PUSH feature in Windows Media Encoder 9
is used?

Does it require any upgrades or configurations?

Imam,

Windows Media Server 2000 does not support the push
feature.  You will need the Windows Media Server that
comes with Windows server 2003 if you want to push from
WME9.

No. Push is only supported by the 9 Series encoder pushing to a Windows
Server 2003 machine.
