Any of those file formats can be served under IIS, but WMS will only do the
natives as you have found out.
For the other file types, you would need to convert them to a winmedia
format for WMS. Windows Media Encoder can do this for many AV file types.
You will another tool; though, for the Flash files

Ok, but there is a method for convert video file in auto?
So i can put mpeg or flv file on IIS , WM Encoder can encode it
automatically for push streaming video? or it's all manual process?

IIS & WMS are 2 different methods of distribution, sorry about any confusion
I caused you.
WME is an encoding product, which can be used to convert live AV or
filebased into a live stream or a WM file. It can be done on an individual
basic or as a batch. Your flash files will most liekly need another product
to convert to an AV file.
