Hi my name is itt from Thailand.

i'm have got a windows server 2003 and wms 9 in it. recently, i've
changed it's ip and after that my server can not play any stream.
although, i have created a new publishing point that it is very simple,
but it still alert

"Window Media Player can not play the file. If the file is on another
computer, verify that you are conneted to the network. If you typed a
path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server
might not be avaliable."

when i test stream by wms.

does anyone have a problem like this? please help.
however, i really have no idea that this problem relate to the ip
changing or not.

Hello

When you are trying to play the file, is the issue with the new IP
address, or the domain name?
If http://newIPaddress/filename works but http://domainname/filename
doesnt work, then it is an issue with dns.

Check that the WMS server IP address was changed to the new IP address
by going to admin tools\computer\management\services\windows media
services\servername\properties\control protocol \http
Then right click on 'enable' to see the Ip address that the server is
using
