Authention with sql database

I stream WMS video streaming and I want it connected to my sql-databas
of my vbulletin forums so that the "suscribers" group can use thei
username and password to watch the live stream. Can anybody help me o
this

You need to develop custom authorization plug-in to do that or use a ready
made third-party solution such as Voynex Media Guard - see
http://voynex/wmsbilling for details. You will need Windows 2003 Server
Enterprise Edition or Windows 2008 Server to use custom plug-ins.
