Streaming Live Video

I am having a problem streaming live video on WMS right now I am replacing
the wmv files in a loop however there is an unacceptable delay between the
files. How do i minimize this delay? I also have a live video stream off of
rtsp link if that is helpful. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What delay do you have, what delay would you like :) (ok, this one is
easy) and what delay is necessary?
