Hello,

We have a media server running, and we encode several audio/video streams,
and then upload them to a directory.  On our website, we have links to click
on, to stream, or right click to "save as".  One of the options, is mp4.  The
problem, though, is that when you try to download an MP4, you get a 404
error.  I KNOW the file is there... I know it is right... Windows Media
Server will not let me download it.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Got this finally figured out.  It was a misconfiguration on our web server's
virtual directory.
