HI all! Some very unethical domain is hotlinking to my live streams is
there a way to refuse referrers?  I see them in my wms logs.

I am running windows media service on win2003 standard server.  Please
advise if there are solution within or any 3rd party software that
could be a solution to this.

There is a third-party software to prevent hot linking - see for example
http://voynex.com/wmsbilling for more details. But this software works only
with  Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition or Windows 2008 Server Standard
Edition.
