Given that the IPs in the log files belong to the ISPs,  is there a
software application to parse the WMS server log files, and identify
quantity of users by ISP?

Interested in finding out how much traffic is going to Comcast, AT&T,
etc

Thanks

Log Parser can parse the file, you'll need to marry it up with ISP some
other way though.

If you are using Windows 2003 Enterprise, it is possible to develop an event
notification plug-in which will gather the statistics you need.
