How many people can one mediaserver support?

I have a computer: cpu 2G memory 4G network 100M.
This computer is a windows 2003 media server. It want to support 1000 men?

Good thing it's only men.  Women require a LOT more support.

Shall we guess what bitrate you plan to use?
