automatic import IP in allow list

Hello.I need your help. I have a txt file and i want to import it in
the allow list of wms. How to do this? One way is to find the file
that they IPs are saveing from the plugin and copy paste the IPs
there.But where is this file? If this is not possible please suggest
an other way.

It is possible to develop an application to import the list of IP addresses
from the text  file. The WMS COM API has to be used for this.
