Has anyone found a reliable way to "PUSH" content from a WM Encoder to
a WM Server?  I have a reliable network and have all of the MS patches
installed on the encoder.  Are there any alternatives?

You can try WireCast v3.

What do you mean by "reliable".  What type of problems are you
having?  Our system has pushed over 20,000 broadcasts using WM Encoder
to WM Server.  We never have a problem.
