It's built into Windows Media Services. Go to your Publishing Point, then
click the Properties tab. Click Authorizatoin. Use WMS IP Address
Authorization (double click it) to add the IP of your web server, or use the
WMS PuPoint ACL Authorization if you want to use a Windows Group on the Media
server to specify access. I usually just use IP Address Auth for what you
are wanting to do.
Put an embeded windows media player in a web page on your web server for
which you have granted access and this should do it.

Hi there,
I tried doing this a several times. However, when I restrict the publishing
point to my web server IP, I'm unable to access it. However I added my own
(my PC's) IP into the allow list and I could access the publishing point. So,
doesn't this mean I can't restrict the hot linking just by adding the IP of
my web server.
Has any one become successful doing this?
Please reply asap, if any one is able to figure out how to restrict access
to a stream to only one domain.
Thank You.

The access restriction you need called authorization by referrer. It is
possible to use it in full if you have Windows 2003 Server Enterprise
edition. There is a ready -made solution for this:
